I started seeing Pete because I booked a honeymoon of a lifetime but found the thought of an 8.5 hour flight daunting and anxiety provoking. Having had panic attacks on planes before and having a fear of being trapped on a plane for hours, my friend recommended talking to Pete. We completed 6 tapping sessions which also incorporated elements of mindfulness and hypnosis. Honestly, after the 6 weeks of tapping, I was so calm getting on the plane and I actually enjoyed it! Even when I felt a wobble coming prior to the night flight home, Pete was understanding and responsive and sent a new recording to help me get through the flight. I completed both flights, pretty much anxiety free, no panic attacks and actually enjoying myself. Not only has Pete helped with my anxiety and honeymoon goal, he has opened up my world and now my opportunities are endless. I cannot thank Pete enough, he is a brilliant therapist and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for some help and support.
Thank you so much again Pete!

When I first came to see Pete, I had reached a very low point in my life; all the changes and the challenges of the last few turbulent years were causing me huge anxiety when I gave them any thought, so I was just not allowing myself to think about them. Consequently, they were deeply buried and as a result they were going un-dealt with, growing bigger and causing more anxiety. I had recently lost my father to Alzheimer’s Disease and witnessed the loneliness and grief experienced by my mother; I was beginning to feel a sort of grief about losing my ‘babies’ (now 21 and 19!) to their own lives and picturing a loneliness of my own. I did not recognise the person in the mirror as I felt she looked old and overweight and without any true friends. All this was coinciding with me turning 50 in a few months which seemed so overwhelming to me and had become a massive part of my anxiety and fear about the future. All my anxiety seemed rolled up into one big mess of inter-related things and I could not see how anything could change.
Pete’s calm and gentle nature and his soothing voice instantly made me feel calmer and I soon felt that I was not a lost cause. Even after the first session I felt I had some hope. Pete listened carefully to my ramblings and helped me to make sense of them and to create statements I was comfortable with. Through regular tapping sessions and ‘homework’ to help me work through my issues, Pete has allowed me to find my sense of purpose, given me encouragement to find a new self (I have sought out opportunities to enjoy time with friends and time for myself), to celebrate my strengths and to work on my own health and fitness. I am enjoying myself and the future actually looks quite exciting!
I would recommend Pete to anyone who is feeling any anxiety or finding that they are not coping with life.

Tapping sessions with Pete helped me find an inner strength during chemo and surgery for breast cancer. My first experience of any kind of therapy, the sessions, tears and giggles with Pete anchored me throughout my treatment. It was my Go To on both the good and the
not so good days. Tapping, Pete's guidance and the fabulous audios gave me access to support 24/7 putting me back in control. Can't recommend Pete enough.
Thank you xxx

I recently practiced the technique of tapping with Pete, as a result of anxiety and depression triggered by menopause and some challenging situations in my life. The sessions were extremely beneficial and Pete not only helped me to see my situation from a different perspective, but taught me how to deal with my troubles on a day-to-day basis. He played a significant part in helping me to regain my sense of self-worth, and I regularly practice what he taught me. He is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
