About Me
Hi, I’m Pete McCreanor and I am a fully qualified EFT Tapping practitioner, providing therapy in Sedgeberrow. I can provide sessions via Zoom, which works very effectively or in person if you prefer.
I am here to help you navigate whatever challenges you are going through in your life, such as anxiety, stress, fears and phobias. My background is in teaching, so I am comfortable working with young people as well as adults.
I work in a relaxed and informal style and offer you a safe space to talk and be listened to. Together, with my guidance, we will tailor make a plan to give you the tools to help you. My therapy will help you to develop strategies which you can use in your daily life to combat a variety of issues.

How I can help?
I am a qualified EFT Practitioner, which you may also know as tapping. This works like acupuncture but without the needles. By gently tapping on the acupressure points, whilst focussing on negative emotions such as fear, anxiety or cravings for example, they either disappear or significantly reduce.
I am also a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner. Whilst I use elements of these, my preferred method is through EFT. This is because I have found it to have more speedy results and is also a technique which I teach you to apply to yourself. I am very passionate that you have a box of tools and strategies that you can use yourself, when needed.
I am an accredited Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner with the EFT and Mindfulness Centre.
What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT- Tapping)
Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT or tapping is an amazing technique which uses the fingers to gently tap on certain parts of the body. It follows the same points as acupuncture but with no needles involved. These are known as meridian points. By tapping on these points, we can then tune into whatever challenges we are encountering and work to find relief, relaxation, calmness and clarity.
I have helped people to overcome a variety of challenges in their lives such as fear of flying, anxiety, stress, physical pain, exam nerves, as well as helping with going through treatments for conditions such as cancer, to name but a few.
EFT- Tapping is a remarkable therapy which has helped me cope with challenges in my life. I am passionate in not only helping people overcome their challenges but in giving them the tools to use themselves. To me, this is key and something which I have benefited from personally.
